Zenchef | Formitable acquires Resengo

The Zenchef | Formitable group is acquiring Dutch-Belgian online reservation platform Resengo. This announcement follows after Amsterdam-based Formitable and Paris-based Zenchef joined forces earlier this year. Backed by PSG Equity, a leading growth equity firm, the Zenchef | Formitable group is taking its first major step, with the acquisition of Resengo, in its strategy to become the European market leader in restaurant technology.
With the acquisition of Resengo, a leader in online reservations in Belgium, Zenchef | Formitable adds over 3,500 restaurants, including RIJKS® in Amsterdam, The Jane in Antwerp and all Belgian three-star restaurants to its platform. This makes the group one of the largest restaurant platforms in Europe, offering more than 15,000 restaurants. A stronger industry player
The Resengo team will join the over 200 employees of Zenchef | Formitable. Together they will offer local expertise across offices in Paris, Amsterdam, Antwerp, Copenhagen, Berlin and Lisbon. The group will support all of Resengo's clients with their best-in-class restaurant tech platform and consumer app.
