How does it work?
The unTill integration provides a real-time link between your POS system and Resengo. When you tag a guest as present, a new checkout ticket is immediately opened within unTill for the table where the guest is seated.
All orders are automatically linked to the correct ticket. At checkout, you get a neat overview of the order and your customer can immediately make the payment. Your customers' details are synchronised and stored in your customer record.
Tables whose bill has been paid are automatically released for a new guest in Resengo Tables.
Both systems communicate smoothly and error-free. This also allows you to retrieve the details of previous orders without problems.
The unTill link with Resengo lends itself perfectly to the use of gift vouchers, gift cards and any advance payments.
