QEAT, short for Qui est à table (Who's at the table?), is a French start-up specialised in analysing bookings with the goal of optimising the customer experience.
What do you gain from the QEAT integration?
QEAT is a service for analysing your reservations so you are able to adapt the reception and service to the type of guest coming to eat at your venue. Before each service, you receive an e-mail with an analysis of upcoming reservations and information about your guests.
After already being active in France for several years, QEAT is now expanding its services to, among others, Belgium. Only at Resengo is the QEAT tool actually integrated into the platform, so this integration is definitely a useful plus for your Resengo.
How does it work?
Using historical reservation data, QEAT is able to assign guests certain characteristics. This is done by using a scoring model to analyse reservation files and segment them into different categories.
These categories are sent to you via their daily mailing, along with a brief explanation of what each category stands for and how you can use this information to offer each guest the perfect customer experience for their specific needs.
QEAT maintains strict security and privacy protocols and is compliant with GDPR legislation to ensure that the data retrieved is only used for service provision and not for other purposes.
